Yesterday at Church Melanie, her daughter Candy, my daughter Kaytlin, and I heard a great sermon for Father’s day and for our ONE PRAYER Series. I wanted to share this with you all because it can pertain to many areas in your life including Ameriplan. Hope you do not mind….
1 Chronicles 4:10
9 Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez, saying, “I gave birth to him in pain.” 10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request
| The image you see above is of 2 Red Buckets. One bucket is the potential you have now and the other bucket is of the potential that you desire to become, be a better you, and to enlarge your territory (to become more resourceful). Ingenious and enterprising: full of initiative and good at problem solving, especially in difficult situations.
The red Buckets represent what you have now and what you desire to have. When Jabez asked God to enlarge his Territory he meant to make him more resourceful and increase his potential. What he ask of first was “Oh that You would bless me indeed (!!!!! please please please). He did not ask to be rich or problem free. He wanted to experience His working.
Jabez then asked “enlarge my territory’- Territory that which I have to work with i.e. my potential, my stewardship, my limitations.
Then he asked “that Your hand would be with me” Without it he would fail, be back to his potential (small bucket) and limitations.
In life we need to decide which bucket we want to have, the small red bucket of potential or the large red bucket of potential. With large red bucket understand that there will be more to overcome because you will have more potential to do things.
Decide what it is you really want and what bucket you want. Also ask yourself WHY you want it. Example: I want to increase my income. Why do I want to increase my income? So I can help my family. Why do I want to help my family? They need me. Why do they need me? Because I am all they have. Why is it that I am all they have? Because Ron got laid off. Why did Ron get laid off? Because the economy is not good. Why is the economy not good? Because the US companies/people have spent so much money recklessly. Why have they spent this money so recklessly? Because they are rich and seem not to care about others. Why don’t they care? Because they care about themselves. Why do they care about themselves? I guess to take care of their families at a higher level. Why do they take of their families? The same reason why I want to take care of mine!
Explore in detail your WHY and why you need a bigger red bucket. The example above states that I would need a bigger red bucket of potential to become more resourceful to reach my WHY in a bigger way. My smaller red bucket of potential keeps me here. Does yours?
For myself, asking God to enlarge my territory is asking him to enlarge my bucket with opportunity to fulfill the needs of my family. To help me become more resourceful and to do this with His guidance.
I hope this helps you in your journey of life and in Ameriplan. God Bless, Rebecca NSD

Day 28 |
Tom Wood and Jim Britt teach you specific strategies on evaluating financial opportunities as they present themselves throughout your life |
Notes from Rebecca NSD:
I found this video to be the best yet! Evaluating Opportunities by Tom was a good start to understand what you have DreamWeavers!
Are your Ready?
1. What do you want?
2. How much time do you have? (Takes Time)
3. How much money do you have?
Is this a good opportunity?
1. Is there Residual income? If not it is a JOB.
2. Is Ameriplan viable? Has it been in business more than a year?
3. Do you believe in the product/service, the company’s vision and passion? You must LOVE it because this is what you will be doing for a long time.
4. Does Ameriplan MATTER? Do we make a difference in our country?
Jim Britt spoke about Vision and Reality
1. What do you want? Success, money, better realationships?
2.Clarify what you want. WHY do you want it? When we are pure of the heart we will attrack when we know.
Love- is that perfect moment that connection like when having a child, being in a peaceful moment in the park ith your kids and the day is beautiful, looking in your spouses eyes and feeling safe and loved.
Fear- is a past experience perjected into the future, which makes you worry that will ahpeen again. This could be failure at a job, failure to make money in the past, or relationships did not work out so you do not trust.
Resourceful- Able to act effectively or imaginatively, especially in difficult situations. See more in my upcoming email.
What is stopping you? What do you honor the most? Your stuff (things that are in your life bringing you down) or your Vision? We all have STUFF- it is how we deal with it tthat matters.

Day 21 |
Tom Wood and John Alston share with you the powerful feeling of living with gratitude and giving back to the world |
Rebecca’s Notes
Living in Gratitude
Success is paying attention to gratitude and giving back. Living with Gratitude opens your heart. makes you thankful for what you have, makes you feel good and does amazing things for others.
People do need a break and if you are focused on giving back it will come back to you 100 fold.
What one thing will you do today to give back?
I am so thankful for my Family and Ameriplan and more importantly God. This keeps me giving to everyone as I can. Sometimes it feels like you are taking 2 steps forward and 4 steps backward. Like John stated: You ay your Visa with your Master Card and your Master card with your Visa.
1.We have freedom of CHOICE but we do not have freedom of consequence.
2. You need a compass to keep you on course.
- Life is a gift, don’t trash it
- The Greatest gift is your mind, use it.
-Your goal in the game is to fully develop your gifts and then give back.
-You must be the most decent human being you can be.
`In this game there is no guarantee of time. Take care of each other, love one another and respect each other.
The Magic is that you were not put here to fail!

Living in Love Day 20
Living in Love
|
Day 20 |
Tom Wood and Dr. Barbara DeAngelis discuss living in love and what the true purpose of a relationship is |
Rebecca’s Notes:
What is love and what does love have to do with it? LOL! Love in Ameriplan? Let me tell you my friends, love has everything to do with it and I am not talking the kind of love you have for your parents, husband/wife, or children. This love is unique just like the rest of them.
First it begins with YOU! You must love yourself to love others, yes, but you must also love yourself enough to respect yourself, be kind to yourself, and to accept yourself for who you are. Once this is accomplished you will attract the same type of people.
Ameriplan is based on connecting with people. You must connect first before anything else can move forward. You must have a love (passion) for our company and you must be empathetic to others and care about them (show some love).
Barbara stated that we forget why we are here and the number one reason is to love in many ways. She stated that Union creates everything (Our Team). It would be like if I were to host a call and read from a script for that call and came off cold and then said ok people go write some business. That is not who I am. I am full of love for this team. You are my Brothers and Sisters in Ameriplan and I want nothing but the best for you all.
Remember WHY you are here! Bathe everyone you come across with love and the energy that comes from it will be amazing!

Inspirational Corner & 30 Day Challenge Days- 17-19
|
Day 17 |
Tom Wood and Dr. Denis Waitley share the impact self-esteem has on your success and the thought patterns of a winner. |
Rebecca’a Notes:
Self esteem is the ‘Value’ you put on yourself. As I have told many people, So and So does not define who you are as a person neither does anything else define your value but YOU! Money will not, your familu and friends will not, and neither will your spouse or children. It is not what you have in your life but what you have done that brings value to people.
It is also how we think. do you have the mind of a poor yong person who has had it rough all of your life and you just can’t see to catch a break? Or do you have the mind of a champion who wants the gold medal and wants to feel that victory within?
Value is inside of all of you. You will determine what you are worth and it will be conducted by your ’self thought/talk’. Think positive and a positive outcomb will happen. You can not concentrate on the negative and think that something positivwe will come from it.
Self-esteem is built by you! Talk your self up (in your head like I can do this), give, thank people, and be gracious.
Your Value is the core of who you are.
|
Day 18 |
Tom Wood discussses how you can identify and manage emotions to make your success and the success of others easier. Dave Carey will share with you how he managed to manage his emotions as a Prisoner of War.
|
Rebecca’a Notes:
What is more important to your success and happiness?
Intelligence?
Emotional control?
Emotional Control is the foundation of emotional Mastery. Once you have learned how to control your emotions you will find much happiness.
Ask yourself this:
When will I let go of ________________?
Do it Now and foucs on today.
|
Day 19 |
|
Tom Wood and Dr. Barbara DeAngelis talk about finding balance and creating magical moments in your life |
Rebecca’a Notes:
Creating balance is teaching yourself a new behavior. Ask yourself if you are really FREE?
What is the perfect life for you? (Write this down).
Happiness is Real Moments in your life. Look back at when you were really happy. What did that look like? What did that feel like? Was it peaceful? I bet it had nothing to do with material things but rather your love for life and your passion.
Do not forget to be in the moment.

Day 16 Effective Exercise/Ameriplan Terms
Day
16 Effective Exercise Tom Wood and Darren Hardy teach how to exercise so you’ll never quit..
Rebecca’s Notes:
Today Tom and Darren smoke about exercise, which is really important to our health and wellness. I encourage you to listen to the great video. However, I will turn this around to mean something different to us in Ameriplan.
Consistency is brought up over and over again in this video. Like exercise, consistency plays a huge part of whether or not you reach your goal. Ameriplan is the same way! Without consistency, the subtle stealer of goals, dreams and ambition become far from you to reach.
The Stop-Start process kills progress in anything. If you are so excited and are working your business in the beginning and reach RSD don’t stop for a second. It will take much more effort for you to recover from a 2 week to however long time you decide to stop for a while.
It is like the pumping well that Darren spoke of. When you first start to try to get water out of a well you need to pump hard and be consistent. After awhile the water starts to flow right out of the pump. Now if you were to stop pumping for lets say a few weeks and go back to the well you would have to start all over.
Make an aggressive effort in your business.
Another concept was from Oprah: Holy Moments
This means there are times where you just do not want to exercise, eat well, and in this case market, talk to people, or join a call. The Holy Moment means that you need to make the right decision and that is to do it anyways. Get on that call, market your business, talk to people etc.
When you do not feel like doing it but then make a decision to do it anyways in the end you will feel great!
- Goals- Give yourself something to reach for. Small goals each week.
- Announce your Goals- to your friends, family and enroller/upline/forum.
- Make Ameriplan what you want it to be and what you like to do!
- Reward yourself on your 7th day
Make this apart of your learning. Take this to heart because this is something all of the successful leaders already do! We know that you all can reach your next goal!
To your Health and Success,
Rebecca NSD

Day 13 no 14 and Day 15
|
Day 13 |
Tom Wood and Dr. Tony Alessandra teach you skills for reading people so you’ll know how to best communicate. |
Notes from Rebecca: How to Read People
This has been a blessing for me most of my life. Being able to read people is very important and all of us have it in us to do so correctly.
Tom spoke about the physical aspect, Eyes, Hips, and Skin. I want to touch on what Dr. Tony talked about and that is the Verbal and Vocal since much of what we do is on the phone.
Rule of thumb: Treat others the way THEY want to be treated!
How people say things over the phone is very important. Tony gave an example of the word ‘oh’ and how it can mean many different things and it is not even a real word LOL. You need to be able to LISTEN to people carefully to know what they mean by what they say.
He talked about people falling in these catigories. Learn about this so you know how to spot them and be able to communicate and connect with them. Also email me and let me know which one you are RLomisStephan@ameriplan.net You can be 2 of 4.
1. Self Contained-Guarded, Hard to read, Likes Facts, Takes time to make decissions, No chit chat, no smoozing, get the point, and bottom line kind of person.
2. Open-Share feelings and thoughts frequently, Social, conversational, makes decissions based on emotion and feelings.
3. Indirect- Slow paced, Less assertive, patient, asks questions and causious abou making decissions and wants quality.
4 Direct- Fast paced, assertive, no patience, takes Risks, accomplishes things, wants to just get over with it, and 98% is good enough.
Grey Area:
Indirect people will not allow will ask someone about the grey area and Direct people will just go in the grey area and do it!
|
Day 15 |
Tom Wood and Darren Hardy give you a no-hype all-natural solution to eating right. |
Notes from Rebecca:
This was a great segment on your helath and Nutrition. Watch the video. With out good health we cannot run a good business. I am still learning about my health lol.
